Past events

In Fall 2025, DEC hosted three community convenings in Oak Cliff, South Dallas, and Pleasant Grove. Parents, Dallas ISD leaders, and community providers expressed their students’ needs, offered insight into room for growth within the district, and explored supplemental paths for education. Relationships were forged, conversations continue, and Dallas schools are moving forward. Stay tuned for the next convening in your neighborhood.
